Custom Website Solutions

Since 2007 we’ve provided full-service website solutions. This means we create your website and provide every service needed. Below you’ll learn more about how we do this, our approach and how we help most.

Getting Started

The First Step is to call or message so we can have a meeting to discuss your needs. It usually only takes about 15 minutes to get all of the details we need to get to work on a proposal and custom solution. Within ONE business day, we’ll send a complete plan with a flat-rate quote and ETA, comprehensive details, and free lifetime support.

How it Works

Simple is best. Our process with each project is one, two, three. We’re really good at what we do so you don’t have to be.

Proposal

After an initial call, we compile the information we’ve gathered on your needs. We then put together a plan that gives your business the best solution. Every detail is included. We quote a flat rate and a turnaround time, include our lifetime free support, training, and everything you’ll need for success.

Development

After the project begins, we begin production within one business day of approval. We provide a url where you can view live progress 24/7 throughout the duration. The platform, all core apps and frameworks are setup first.

Design

Every website is custom designed for your business and brand. This means the colors, fonts, style and shapes of everything will be unique to you and your target audience. We design using the UIKit, and build CMS themes on the YooTheme PRO framework. This ensures they stay up-to-date, and it gives you the PageBuilder to easily edit content and add new stuff!

Experts in Web Design

As web designers and developers specializing in business websites, we bring a unique blend of creativity, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of platforms like Joomla, WordPress, and Shopify. Our goal is to empower businesses with visually stunning, user-friendly websites that drive results.

One of our key strengths lies in creating websites with a visual PageBuilder interface, allowing admins to easily edit the site visually using drag-and-drop functionality. This empowers businesses to make real-time updates to their websites without the need for technical expertise. In addition, we have extensive experience in API integration for CRMs like SalesForce and Zoho, ensuring seamless connectivity between the website and these essential business tools.

Our expertise in platforms like Joomla, WordPress, and Shopify, coupled with emphasis on user-friendly design and seamless integrations, makes us the ideal partner for businesses looking to elevate their online presence.

The Right Solution

The solution we propose and build for our clients is custom for each business. Your business has it’s own needs and variables, and cookie-cutter templates won’t fit the bill for long. So many companies have called over the years with nightmare stories of how they were taken for a ride hiring cheap freelancers and trying to DIY as much as they could. It’s very costly, and ends up being much more than a professional solution would’ve been. We believe in doing it right the first time. We’re really good at what we do – and we don’t think you should have to be.

Should it be WordPress? Joomla? What about Shopify? If it’s going to be E-Commerce oriented, what about WooCommerce? Chances are you already have some preferences, which is great, but don’t worry about the rest. That’s exactly what we’re for. Your proposal will cover a detailed walkthrough of exactly what platform we’re suggesting, what features it needs, integrations and plugins, etc. We will also detail other options. We might show how it can done with another platform, or two ways to do the same things where one may be a much better value for your company.

Every website we create comes with The PageBuilder and a CMS (Content Management System) to easily edit, manage and add content to your website. Once it’s been produced and published with all of the functionality and tech-stuff it needs, you’ll be able to take care of it for years without needing a Developer or Designer to edit it for you.

Custom UI/UX

What exactly does custom design mean? For WordPress and Joomla, the look of yoru website is called the “Theme”. We use YooTheme Pro as the framework to build your custom Theme on, so it will have the PageBuilder Editor, and the fantastic UIKit library. It’s constantly being updated, so your custom Theme will stay current for years to come.

UI Design
The User Experience (UE) is how things work and function, and where they are. The User Interface (UI) is the way the visual things they use look.

MobileDesign

We design for your user. UI and UX is incredibly important. Responsive Design means all of your content will adapt for the size of your user’s screen. With the PageBuilder, you can control the layout and hide or display elements for specific devices and screen sizes to ensure your users get the best possible user experience with their device.

Web Development

Web development is the process of creating websites and web applications by writing code using programming languages like php, HTML, CSS/LESS & JavaScript, and constructing functional websites that can be accessed through a web browser. Development refers to coding and/or installing or configuring the functions, the platforms and frameworks, tools, extensions, components and resources we will need for your website to work.

Your Solution

In our proposal for your solution, your website will be detailed with everything it needs and how it will be done. Forms, Sending data to your CRM or mailing service, integration with your business tools – each feature is accounted for and planned around.

Scaleability

We plan for your future. From the platform (i.g., WordPress, Joomla, Magento, etc) to its plugins and custom development, everything must be seamless and able to update. Open Source software is constantly updated, and your website will continue to update over time whether you add new features or not.

Integrations

Commonly, we need to integrate your website with a CRM like SalesForce, ZOHO, Sugar or Microsoft. We may need to do something complex where data saves to your database and other locations, or something simple like sending form info to MailChimp.

Custom Apps

Many of our clients need a custom application in their website. More than just a plugin, a web app or website app can look and act like a phone app, but it’s not separate software – it’s your website. The Oakland A’s needed several: A Homestand Game app for upcoming games, Staff Directory, Team Bulletin/News. One construction company wanted a support app for customers to subscribe/pay, login, and setup service calls with techs. Another had us build a large Social Networking website for Tattoo Parlors, Artists and Customers.

Plugins

Extensions or plugins can be simple or complex. Often they need customization. Your website might use an ECommerce extension like WooCommerce, an entire security suite to block attacks and protect data, backup programs, special widgets, payment processing or donation acceptance, POS terminal plugins ad infinitum.

Web Applications

Custom Items can be built and integrated with your database. With your items consisting of database tables for each attribute of the item, each table can have it’s own access level settings, and be imported or exported via CSV or JSON. Items can belong to a Primary Category, as well as multiple categories belonging to many different category trees. We’ve built Product Catalogs, Directories, even very custom Web Applications like that for the Homestand Games of the Oakland Athletics. In that example, each item is a baseball game played at the home stadium. Custom data that is relevent only to staff is streamed into widgets, the category, search results, calendar or to the full detail page. Data that is restricted to specific levels of access will only show to users who are logged-in with that level or higher. Many websites block entire items or pages, but we can set specific elements of an item to have their own access levels. For inter-active website applications, submission forms can be created so that Admins and Front-End users can create their own content. A common use of this would be for a user profile or business listing. Here, the front-end has a submission form that allows the user to fill out or select the Name/Item Title, Category/Categories, Related Items, Image, Text Area, Possibly a Phone Number and Email Address, etc. Administators can import this data in bulk with CSV or JSON, but the inter-active functionality allows users to add items of their own. This is perfect for Community Social Networking websites, Business Directories, Classified Craigslist-Style Marketplace Listings, Store Locations and more.
