The client may cancel the project at any time. Unless otherwise stated above, all fees are for labor. If a project is canceled after work has begun, the flat-fee is discarded and fees are calculated hourly as per Diem labor work. If the hourly costs ($150/hr) are less than the collected down payment, a refund will be processed. If a project is canceled after work has begun and the amount of hourly costs exceeds the down payment, an invoice for the balance will be sent.
